What Notary Product is Best?

Depending on the state in which you are a notary, you could have a choice as to how to make your impression.  The most common ways are with a stamp or embossing seal.

If a stamp is an option, you can choose between the standard self-inking or pre-inked stamp.  Both are usually available in a desktop or mobile version.  If you anticipate making multiple impressions in one sitting, a self-inker is often the best option, as it re-inks itself with every impression.  This means that the 10th impression will be as clear and dark as the 1st or the 100th.  

For the notary on the go, a pocket stamp version or an embossing seal are both attractive options.  The pocket stamps are small and compact, and embossing seals come with carry pouches to fit into a purse or briefcase.
