Once production begins or your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Check your PDF proof carefully before approving.
Errors like typos, spelling, sizing, or text are not refundable.
We’ll try to offer a discounted solution if possible.
Contact us within 5–7 business days.
We’ll verify the issue and either replace the item at no charge or issue a refund.
Customer error: You cover return shipping.
Our error: We cover the cost (damaged or incorrect items).
Only if the issue was caused by our mistake (production or layout error).
Custom orders approved by you cannot be refunded for dissatisfaction alone.
Special or reconfigured orders are non-returnable.
Yes, for production or workmanship defects.
Not covered: Damage from wrong or third-party inks, or incorrect paper for certain stamps/embossers.

- Manitoba, Saskatchewan : 3–4 days

- Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon : 6–8 days
Same-day production is available for standard Trodat self-inking stamps only if confirmed before 11:00 AM.
No guaranteed delivery on weekends or holidays.
FEDEX, UPS, LOOMIS, PUROLATOR and CANADA POST
We use multiple courier services to ensure delivery is on time. During a Canada Post strike, any PO Box addresses will be delayed since this service is only possible with Canada Post. We advise using a physical address to allow our other couriers to ship your parcel.

No worries! You can easily replace your stamp’s textplate. Simply find your stamp model on our website here — https://www.getstamps.ca/en/accessories/replacement-textplates/ — and order the replacement textplate. We supply you with an ink pad and pair of gloves at no extra cost, to ensure even inking and the best possible impression.
